Hydraulic Discharging Machine for Silicone Sealant Production
The working principle of the hydraulic discharger is based on Pascal's law, and the material is discharged by transmitting pressure through the hydraulic system. The hydraulic discharger is mainly composed of an oil pump, an integrated cartridge valve block, a one-way valve, a relief valve and an oil cylinder. The oil pump delivers the hydraulic oil to the integrated cartridge valve block, and distributes the hydraulic oil to the upper or lower chamber of the oil cylinder through the one-way valve and the relief valve. Under the action of the high-pressure oil, the oil cylinder moves to achieve the discharge of the material. Rapid descent: When the electromagnet is energized, the pilot valve and the main cylinder reversing valve are connected to the system, and the hydraulic control one-way valve is opened. In the initial stage of the rapid descent of the main cylinder, the main cylinder piston descends rapidly under the action of its own weight. At this time, the flow rate of the hydraulic pump is small, which is not enough to supplement the volume of the upper chamber of the main cylinder, and a vacuum is formed in the upper chamber. The top filling tank refuels the upper chamber of the main cylinder under the action of atmospheric pressure to fill it with oil. When the piston of the main cylinder contacts the workpiece, the system starts to pressurize. Slow pressurization: When the slider contacts the workpiece, the resistance increases, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main cylinder increases, the hydraulic control one-way valve closes, and only the hydraulic pump continues to supply high-pressure oil to the upper chamber of the main cylinder, pushing the piston down slowly to pressurize the workpiece. The pressurization speed is determined by the flow rate of the hydraulic pump.
Pressure holding delay: When the oil pressure in the upper chamber of the master cylinder reaches the preset value, the pressure relay sends a signal, the upper and lower oil chambers of the master cylinder are closed, and the hydraulic pump is in the unloading state. The pressure holding time is adjusted by the time relay controlled by the pressure relay. Pressure relief and quick return: After the pressure holding is completed, the time relay sends a signal, the electromagnet is energized, the master cylinder pilot valve is connected to the system, and the pressure relief valve connects the master cylinder reversing valve to the system in the right position. The hydraulic control check valve opens, and the oil in the upper chamber of the master cylinder is discharged back to the filling tank, and the excess oil is discharged back to the main oil tank through the overflow pipe.
